When it comes to getting your first paying clients as an online coach, it doesn’t need to take weeks or months to happen. Actually, it can be done in 4 simple steps.


This process is how we were able to generate over $10K in roughly 90 days for our own business as well.


Step #1 is… Know What Your Target Market Wants.


But you have to think about urgency here. What is their highest need? Where is the fire burning the most? You can’t be too broad or too general here. The secret is to be specific and address their needs and the transformation they so badly desire.


As coaches, we can sometimes use what’s going on in the world or lives of others to really zero in on this.

Step #2 is… You Have To Niche Down.


Where most online coaches fail is their messaging is too vague or too general in who they serve. There is an incredible amount of power in being clear and getting EXTREMELY specific.


All coaching markets fit into 3 core categories of Health, Wealth, or Relationships. You have to go at least 2 levels deeper to niche down to be a successful online coach. This is how you brand yourself as an Expert...


Step #3 is… Grab The Low Fruit Ready To Pick.


You probably have a social media account. As you post on them there are probably familiar faces that comment, like, and share your stuff right? Well, reach out to them to connect and create an exclusive solution to serve them by letting them know you are launching your online coaching business.


Step #4 is… Attraction Marketing.


When you post online, start thinking of the content you create is what your ideal clients will be attracted to. Are you talking their language? Do they feel you know exactly how they feel? Does it seem like you are in their head and know exactly what they are thinking?


As an online coach, don’t create just to create. Post targeted information to draw ideal coaching clients in.


Your content is a magnet that speaks to and addresses their interest, challenges, and thoughts they have. When you speak the narrative in their head they understand that you get them, know what’s going on, and have a solution that will help them.


Step #5 is… Bet On Your Future Self


Once you have an idea for a course or your program, create a simple online sales page and

start pre-selling it before you actually create it. This gives you insight if people are interested in it before you spend the time to create it. You might also get some great feedback as to what you might want to add to the content according to what people are saying.
