Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Just login to your Movement Formula account, go to the “Billing Portal” link on the left panel to modify your payment details, update your plan or cancel. We have ZERO hidden fees, no questions asked, and no gotchas.
Is this system safe and secure?
Your data (and your customers’ data) is always safe with Movement Formula. All online transactions are encrypted, and we’re regularly updating our product to ensure that it’s in compliance with global security standards.
Are there any credit card fees for my sales?
Movement Formula doesn’t charge any fees. Stripe (who is the payment processor) will charge a small transaction fee of 2.9% + 30¢, which may vary based on your location. These fees are only charged by Stripe when a sale is made and are not associated with our plans.
Do you offer refunds?

How do I get paid for my sales?
It’s simple, connect a free Stripe account and anything you earn from sales on Movement Formula will be deposited directly into your account.

Will the price increase?
Never! You are locked in on the price plan you signed up with as long as you stay an active member with Movement Formula.
If you need more email or text than what is listed in a plan, it's only $10 to send roughly 5,000 additional monthly emails or 500 additional monthly text messages out.
Will I ever have to pay for upgrades?
Never! As we roll out software updates and NEW Templates you will get them all for FREE.
Because we are cloud-based when we make an update they automatically show up in your account membership areas!
