I bet you think you need to start off with designing your website, right? A full-blown website complete with your branding colors, coaching packages, and prices.

I know this is exactly what I thought I needed. And to be honest, it's a complete waste of money, time, and resources.

TIP #2 You Don't Need To Write An eBook

We are going to uncover the untruth you are probably thinking when someone tells you that you need to create a lead magnet. A lead magnet does not mean you have to write an eBook.

There are many different things you can use as a lead magnet and are much easier to create. There are simpler freebies such as Cheatsheets, eGuides or My Top Tips.

When brainstorming about your lead magnet, I want you to ask yourself these questions:

*What’s a common question you get when you tell others what you do?

*What is something that my ideal client would need to start this journey?

*Are there tips or tricks I could give them that will help them today?

And with the answers you get from above, you can create a one-page lead magnet.

TIP #3 Keep It Simple

Lastly, we will cover how to avoid signing up for multiple software companies to run your coaching business, saving you hundreds of dollars a month.

When I started my coaching business I was constantly looking for the right software to run my business. I had my website, my email software, calendar software, software to do forms, and software so that I could take payments for my coaching packages.
